If an organiser is added as an event manager they automatically are displayed in helpdesk and not in the user list, being in both would be useful especially as delegates will search through users expecting everyone to be listed. Having to look in different areas for people depending on how they are added to the platform is not known by delegates which means they cant find the folks they are looking for.
