We know delegates can Raise their hand and request to join the stage, but how about an option for a speaker or presenter to invite an audience member on stage directly with them.

In otherwords the reverse of what is in place now.
Perfect for a speaker or presenter who has an assistant or admin support or even an awards ceremony where guests are invited live on stage, the speaker can invite directly rather than rely on audience member to raise their hand themselves.

When a user gets his/her first message in the lobby, there should be a notification prompting them to see the message and understand the process.

Also, an automated welcome message to users from organiser in the lobby by default
