Uploaded banner not showing

I have uploaded a banner, but neither on the upload screen or in the setting I see that the image is uploaded.
It still shows upload button, rather than telling me that the image is added.
This is confusing

These are shown on floor cast screen i.e the login page, Upload option showing as multiple landing page banners can be added and it will move like slideshow on cast page
