Support/Helpdesk - surely this can be better

When someone needs help, they click on Helpdesk, what do they see?
No explanation of what to do or request help
A list of booths for EM's - that 90% of the time are not used
Why not a more visible message system for EM's, a sign to direct people

Current implementation takes user out of FLOOR.
We need to look into keeping the user on the platform.
a. FAQ: show critical FAQ on the platform itself
b. Tutorials: like we have the current videos, show the list of videos relevant for user right on the FLOOR itself
The page needs restructuring.
Need to give the following options:
FAQ - section to address common any questions
Tutorials - add the help videos
Two tabs for event support and tech support
