Speaker Profile in panel - add Video & background option | Feature/ UI Improvement

Speaker video & background should be available in Panelists so all attendee can view it .VIP rooms are not used often for speakers

Can we look into this? Showing info in VIP room doesnt solve the issue of seeing a speakers profile within the session.
