Presenter Camera Default Status and Position

A. For the presenter, by default have camera on. Presenters do not realise they can put their camera on. Rather, if they dont want it on, we can have them put it off.

B. Default position for presenter video should be Right Top, not Left Top. Most presentation start from left top, so most optimal is Right top for video.

Also, the presenter can't see the audience reaction while presenting, we should have something on a shared screen also to check that, or maybe the shortcut keys to stop presenting directly from there..?
