Option to remove / hide the admin helpdesk one to one meeting room

The Helpdesk section shows the admin status as unavailable if admins do not sit inside the one to one room, sometime the attendees/ speakers thinks that they do not have anyone in helpdesk section.

Though we try to explain the client that , you can still message even if it shows unavailable. But major number of attendees gets confuse.

Refer attached screenshot, even though all admins were online, still it gives an impression that no one is at helpdesk.

Generally the whole helpdesk section is not helpful enough, signs, text guidance on what to do, as Rashmi says admins dont sit in booths waiting for someone seeking help , admins dont need booths, but messaging is crucial

I never use the admin booths, I can meet folks at lounge tables or their exhibitor booths if they need help, or backstage for speakers

we should show only the message button.

Unavailable / available should just be a green, yellow, red button on top.

(Is valid for booths aswell. Has been explained in another ticket)
