This would be very important and helpful. Perhaps it is possible to allow an admin to type in text instead of a drop down of choices. Such as we may like Floor = Main Hall.

Been mentioning this for ages, some of the set listings are awful especially VIP it is far too pretentious. I do like the options above but VIP can become

Speakers
Sponsors Lounges
Sponsors Area

As both speakers and VIP lounges are in the same area its difficult to name especially if both are present on the event

As these are primarily for exhibitors then options here could be
