custom questions display | Feature/ UI Improvement

while we add the feature to show custom question answer on the profile, give the option in odash to display or hide this information from user profile.

if its hidden, its only for org to collect but not show.

Now under custom questions we can set what user information is public and what is private by going to custom question settings

If floor not enabled: don't show mandatory on floor list, don't show pre-filled value
If event is private : don't show mandatory on 10times
change Prefilled Value to default value
in custom question setting : instead of access show profile display with on off button
instead of universtity/ school make it dropdown like University , school, college, institute etc.
additional custom question details in in user profile if public
same in exachange card
When you are sending handout on exchange business cards send link for additional fields.
In handout : view more button in each card if additional information is present.
