1. Exhibitor should have option to accept or decline the meeting request
2. Only available meetings slots should be visible for both exhibitor & Visitor.
3. In case of multiple meetings request at the same time, option to assign booth manager for different meetings will be helpful.

there needs to be some changes in the messages once above points taken care like-

• Your meetings request is pending at exhibitor end
• your meeting is fixed with ABC exhibitor
  etc...
