When a speaker or host/moderator joins a session they are confused by the location

They see 'Backstage' and often think its a button to click rather than a label

they think they need to click that icon to go backstage, when they are already there

How about changing it to -
You Are backstage
Or
Welcome to the Backstage Area

Simple change but will make a big difference
