Broadcast Message for the event as a Whole

There is no option to broadcast across the whole platform. There is the # Feed section but this doesn’t act as a pop up, and messages can be sent within sessions but there is no way to do a pop up in each session

I have been banging this drum since the Summer of last year, event managers need the ability to broadcast to everyone on the platform regardless of where they are located.
