Speaker/Admin and others should be auto join instead of going on link and landing to backstage and than click on join button.

In session type 'Roundtable', here also we have this extra clicking issue.
a. when user joins they should simply be on the front stage
b. if more than 20 people join, then we can show them in waitlist

Speaker will be auto joined to backstage after sign in.
