Need to go beyond just "like" emoticon.
Most users want better way to react. emoticon helps break the monotony.

Great that its now a feature but, as an Admin its not available to you in the same way the Like option has never been available.
Is it not likely that an admin watching a presenter would ever want to like, or use the emoticon's, we all know the answer to that.
This option should be available to all users and no exclude certain categories of people like admins
