3D View when all 4 rooms not open | Feature/ UI Improvement

When someone only has 1 or 2 room open, 3D FLOOR has 4 blocks/room and 2 are left blank.

Need three more 3D images:
1-room open
2-room open
3-room open

VERSION (5.1.0 or above)
Logic is changed as the some rooms are closed then lounge or lobby will appear as black cards.

Just adding another image. We need to fix the logic for the rooms visible as tabs on the walls.

When only auditorium is shown (and we dont show lobby on the wall), see image.

Fixes needed. See blow:

a. There are 4 format. One with 4 room option not showing

b. lounge/ lobby not showing in the screens

to be used when there are less than 4 room options enabled
lounge needs to be visible as a room. for many client that is a key area besides stage.

c. 5th design (wood) is missing
