"Raised by:Rashmi on 25th july - Option to put the cam off of any speakers on individual basis. As of now if admin puts the cam off of any speakers it is off for everyone. "

Its for delegate, if he want to mute certian speakers on stage and want to listen particular speaker.
this is already there.. check with qa.. or raise bug if its not working
