I don’t have this information. And I cant move forward. if an event is months away, should these be a mandatory field

It's handled in different way with time based requirement of data fields (as per event date and gap from current date). Some informations are mandatory as per the event format we follow. Some of them are removed as mandatory fields but removing the points highlighted in screenshot will also create impact on other event data entries.
