Currently Leads section in oDASH is highly confusing and not user friendly for all the clients as it includes mix leads of 10times, Floor, Tickets, Badges. Client gets confuse with Check ins details and leads details.
From checkins they cannot find all the details of the users, so they ultimately have to download leads which itself confuse them.
