The pop-up box is very confusing. Not clear what the user is meant to do

Event submission and verify "badge" are two separate things.

The "submit for review is at the bottom of the page, confusing a new user on whats the next step.

• move the submit for review button higher, if thats what is the next step needed to get the event approved in the first place.
