Remove add meeting rooms for exhibitiors

Have received this request from more than 5 orgs, where they want to restrict the number of meeting rooms inside booth.
This will help in charging the exhibitors accordingly.
Either we can create an option to restrict it or remove add meeting room option for exhibitor.

We've got this feature in the event dashboard. You can restrict it from the event dashboard.
